ಫಾರ್ ದಿ ಇನ್ಫಾರ್ಮೇಶನ್ ಆಫ್ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು & Int ರೆಲ್ವೀಲ್ ಆಫ್ ಯಲಹಂಕ ಇನ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಅರೌಂಡ್ :- ನಾನು > ೨೧ ವರುಷದಿಂದ ಈ ಯಲಹಂಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮೂರೂ ಹೊತ್ತು ಹೋಟೆಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಊಟ ತಿಂಡಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ರೈಲ್ವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಗರನಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೋ ಒಂದು ಕರಿ ಹೆಂಗಸು, ದೊಣ್ಣೆ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಮೂಗಿನ ಶೂರ್ಫನಕಿ, ನನಗೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಹೆಂಡತಿಯರು ಇರುವ ಥರ ಫ್ಯಾಮಿಲಿ ಕೋರ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾಲ್ಕು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕೇಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿ ಬಿದ್ದು, ಕರೋಡ್ಪತಿ ಚಿತ್ತ್ರಾನ್ನಕ್ಕೂ ಲಾಟ್ರೀ ಭಿಕ್ಷಾಪತಿ ಕುಂದಾಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಸುಗಳನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ಸು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು, ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಸಂಸಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕೋರ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಿ ವಿವಾಹವನ್ನು ರದ್ದು /dissolve ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ವಿಚಿತ್ರ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸುಮ್ಮ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಸರಿಯಾದ/suitable ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಗಳು ಮುಂದೆ ಬರುವವರೆಗೂ, ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಈ > ೨೧ ವರುಷದಿಂದ ಒಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ನೋಮಿನಶನ್ ದೇಶದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. THIS IS THE TRUTH 1.1 to 7.7 & (A) (>20 years hidden)SYNOPSIS ..1.1 After discharge from Army service on medical grounds, I am working in Railways through RRB/Bangalore. As far as Army records they discharged me from army because of placing me under Permanent low medical category i.e. Permanently Medically Unfit. ** Diagnosed as Anxiety State with Depressive features (300-V67). The definition of 300 -V67 may please be clarified from Medical Authorities...2.2 ** If it is my diagnosis the same treatment would have been continued in Railways, even if it is attributable to or not attributable to Army/Railway service. This clearly shows that it is not my diagnosis.

3.3 ** This may please be clarified from the RWF Railway Medical Authorities. (period of treatment with brief history of the case and case sheets/case file and which doctor has given the medicine/treatment from the date of appointment to till date in Railways. Date of admission, date of discharge no. of times admitted for the above disorder).


4.4 In Army Hospital/Jabalpur & at Bareily, I was continuously treated for Allergic Contact Dermatitis. Even till the date of discharge from Army service I was treated for the same. (with a doctors remarks shaving excuse, uniform excuse because of allergic to shaving blade and allergic to few EI clothing’s)


5.5 I have not got any Medical Pension, Service Pension or any Compensation from Army authority. At the time of discharge from Army on medical grounds, I have received only Rs. 2,682 and 90 paisa, as invalid gratuity.


6.6 The qualifying army service also has not been counted over Railway service for service benefit over Railways. Date of appointment in Army is 29/3/1982. Date of appointment in Railway through Railway Recruitment Board/Bangalore is 24/2/1987. (It may please be noted that after obtaining the NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from Principal QMTS(Defense Org/Poona, I joined RWF in 1987).

6.6(a) Even wile I was at QMTS(Def.Org)Pune not treated for 300.V67.

7.7 If Army has given me appointment over Railways, my date of appointment over Railways will become 29/3/1982 instead of 24/2/1987.

1) ** It is not at all my diagnosis, 2) Not received Med. Pension, 3) Service rendered in Indian Army (Corps of Signals) is qualifying service. No single day absent/red entry in service. Conduct/Character- Very Good vide R. A. I. instructions 4) Not received Service Pension, 4) Not received any compensation, 5) Received only Rs. 2,682 and paise 90 only as Invalid gratuity, 6) Even the qualifying Indian Army service has not been counted over Indian Railway service. 7) From the past >20 years staying alone & taking 3 times food at street side hotels. (To catch the culprits & also because of the above mystification from the past >20 years, I made my nominee as President of India, till it gets solved).

CONCLUSION : -


The person who has involved in changing my diagnosis at Army hospital/Bareily,brainwashed me by using state of the art technology in 1989 at Railways unofficially by telling that this is a schizophrenia case and the same person is trying to make me as an alcoholic case when he/she failed to brainwash me again to safe guard him/herself. Also the same person is involved in my personal matters like matrimony etc etc. When the person came to know that now I am in fully memory recalled condition, again trying/tried to brainwash me and failed. (It may please be noted that I am staying alone and from more > 25 years away from my parents i.e. from Mar'1982 onwards)

Finally I want to say that, the diagnosis : - Anxiety State with Depressive Features (300.V67) in 1985 at Army. Un-officially Schizophrenia at Railways in 1989 alcoholic etc etc. are not my diagnosis. I have been continuously treated for Allergic contact dermatitis at Jabalpur & Bareily Military Hospital till the date of discharge from service is my Original Diagnosis (because of allergic to: - shaving blades, shaving rounds and to few EI clothing.) Medicines given to me : Tablets : Avil, Betnelone, Zheet, Citrizhine etc. etc. Ointments : Betnovet-N, Betnovet-C, Neomicine, Deprovet .etc. etc.

DOB is 27 November 1962. Passed SSLC in 1978. Underwent part time Diploma courses in AUTOMOBILE ENGINEERING & also PAINTING & COMMERCIAL ARTS. Worked as diesel & petrol Mechanic, four & two stroke engines for experience purpose. After that in 1982 got selected through BRO/Belgaum & joined as WIRELESS OPERATOR in CORPS OF SIGNALS (INDIAN ARMY), also got selected for OP.SPL in 1983 from 1STC , 4TTR, Jabalpur (MP). Discharged/Released in 1985 on Medical Grounds from 6 Mountain Divisional Signal Regiment, Bareily (UP)and again underwent R&TV/ELECTRONICS course at QMTS (DEFENCE ORG.) Pune in 1986. While undergoing training @ Pune got selected through RRB/Bangalore in merit list & joined Rail Wheel Factory (MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS, GOVT.OF INDIA) Bangalore in 1987, worked in various departments & till today working there as a HEAD TYPIST.
